Hello! I’m hiring a social media & marketing intern for my tarot and coaching business, which most people know from my YouTube channel, Spirituality with Gabriella. 

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a spiritual business owner and entrepreneur, learn energy management tactics, understand how to scale and grow a YouTube channel, immerse yourself in manifestation techniques and lead a more spiritual life. I’m seeking someone who is genuinely interested in spirituality and coaching, and sees the value in doing this for their personal development. 

This is the first intern I’m hiring. The responsibilities below are an example of some of the tasks you’d be involved with. You will not necessarily have to do all of them — we’ll take it step by step! 

Responsibilities:

Instagram

  • Sourcing Instagram posts weekly (topics: positivity, manifestation, meditation, reiki, healing, therapy, mental health and wellbeing) to re-share on my Instagram stories
  • Drafting 1 weekly post for the weekly “pick a card” reading that showcases my offerings
  • Responding to DMs in a compassionate and caring way, while still drawing boundaries (I will train you to do this, don’t worry!)
  • Proposing additional ideas to grow my social media presence
  • Helping to report any fake accounts pretending to be me, and alerting my audience when this occurs

YouTube

  • Preparing the weekly “pick a card” video for upload; adding all required tags and optimizing for SEO 
  • Helping to create thumbnails for each YouTube video
  • Responding to YouTube comments to thank viewers for watching

Eventbrite

  • Preparing the monthly Eventbrite page for each Manifestation Circle 
  • Suggesting themes for each month and topics to cover
  • Marketing the event via Instagram 
  • Attending if you’re able (you’ll learn a lot!)  

Patreon

  • Responding to messages (ie. to confirm receipt of their questions for live readings)
  • Post monthly poll to arrange each monthly live reading time

Other

  • Supporting collaborations with other influencers and helping me find new people to reach out and collab with (we will work on this together)  

What You’ll Get:

  • Monthly 1-hour 1:1 tarot reading (valued at $175) 
  • Monthly 1-hour 1:1 coaching session (valued at $140) 

Time Investment:

Up to 4 hours a week (usually 2 hours/ week)

Qualities:  

The ideal person is passionate about growing their spiritual awareness and even interested in building their own business in the future!  

I’m seeking someone who wants to genuinely develop themselves and sees the value in personal development. You’ll be learning from someone who is trained in organizational behavior, psychology, behavioral science, and multiple spiritual disciplines (tarot, yoga, qi gong, reiki, meditation, and more).
