Free Tarot Guide
Below is my free tarot guide! Reading tarot cards is what originally activated my channeling abilities and helped me connect to Spirit. I hope this helps you open your channel too.
0 - The Fool
The Fool represents that you are approaching a new beginning. Its appearance suggests that a whole new change is imminent. This can show up in many aspects of your life, including romance, career, health and more. The change is typically exciting, but it will not necessarily be easy. Keep an open mind as you venture into the unknown.
1 - The Magician
The Magician is an enigmatic and strong-willed figure symbolizing charm and mastery. You will be motivated to accomplish your highest goals now, and you have all the tools and resources to do it. When the Magician appears in your spread, it often means that you are protected and your problems will be overcome, as if by magic. You may notice that material and financial matters (like money, business, politics and law) become more significant for you.
2 - The High Priestess
The presence of the High Priestess suggests that you have a strong inuition, and you must use it to your best ability now. You are gifted with the ability to understand hidden or esoteric knowledge, and this card is prompting you to make meaning of this information and apply your learnings from it. It's important to pay attention to things that are less obvious now - secrets, unclear information, symbols, as well as things that are not easily seen. New details may reveal themselves to you and be of significance.
3 - The Empress
The Empress represents a maternal and creative force, someone who is organic, fluid, and one with nature. At this time, art and inspiration may become more important for you, and you will find yourself full of ideas. The Empress brings an energy of harmony for your relationships, so there is a good chance that the people around you are admiring you and in awe of your abilities. It is an especially strong and positive symbol for a female. In some cases, the Empress can also represent that a pregnancy is imminent.
4 - The Emperor
The Emperor is a dominant force in the tarot deck. It's presence suggests that you are stepping into more of a leadership role, and you will be carrying greater responsibility than you were previously. Especially fortuitous for your career, the Emperor often indicates a promotion or advancement taking place in your life. Themes like stability, certainty, and masculine energies are becoming more significant for you now. It's important to maintain wise judgment and think logically during this time.
5 - The Hierophant
The Hierophant represents structure and order. This can come in many forms - for some, it shows deep commitment, which can be applied to a relationship or an institution. It typically represents "going by the book", so at this time, being conservative with your actions is called for. You may also be taking on a teaching or mentoring role, for the Hierophant possesses great wisdom that will be shared far and wide.
6 - The Lovers
The presence of the Lovers is fortuitous: it represents a turning point in your life, and that your destiny is playing out now. It usually represents a partnership, which can apply to love or business. Whichever the case, the partnership is strong and fated. You have lessons to learn from the other person, and they have things to learn from you as well. The Lovers suggests that there are decisions to be made which aren't easy, but they will always help you grow spiritually.
7 - The Chariot
The Chariot is a wonderful and celebratory influence in your spread. It indicates hard work and a pursuit that will not be easy, but the outcome is very promising. Your persistence will be tested in this venture, but the Chariot suggests that you will make it through any setbacks or roadblocks ahead. Stay determined and focused on your goals.
8 - Strength
A complimentary card, Strength indicates that you possess a powerful and strong will. Challenges may abound, but you face them with determination. If you have been suffering from a hardship or failure, this card indicates that it is not time to give up. Control your emotions and stay as balanced as possible, and you will make it through. If you've been dealing with any health-related challenges, the Strength card is a good omen that recovery is on its way.
9 - The Hermit
The Hermit appears when it's time to get away from the noise and demands of your everyday life. A period of looking within and evaluating your needs is called for. The path ahead requires having a firm grasp upon your innermost dreams, talents, and resources. Know yourself, and you will succeed. Not knowing yourself indicates an arduous path ahead. Take the time to look within, particularly through meditation and journaling.
10 - The Wheel of Fortune
The Wheel of Fortune is a fated card, and it often appears when a change is on the way. This change can happen rather suddenly, but it is usually a fortuitous one and indicates positive movement. If things in your life have felt slow lately, trust that they won't for much longer. New developments are on the horizon.
11 - Justice
Justice is a positive card if you've been compassionate, kind and giving in your interactions with others. In this case, good things are coming to you, and your good karma is quite literally going to reward you. If your intentions haven't been pure, however, it indicates that a time of trial is ahead - and it serves as a warning to do better! Remember to approach life with an open mind and heart, and be fair to all those around you. You will be rewarded in kind.
12 - The Hanged Man
The Hanged Man appears when there is a delay - but the significance of the delay is more important than the delay itself. It indicates a time when life is on pause so you can gain the wisdom needed before moving forward. During this time, you will be forced to let go of what no longer serves you. This may be painful, but it is very good - you will bring only what you need into the next chapter of your life, and the changes that happen from here will help you grow more enlightened.
13 - Death
One of the most transformational cards, Death indicates a complete upheaval of your current circumstances. This may impact things you typically thought of as stable, such as your home, family, career, or marriage - but the good news is that these changes are happening for a reason. Death shows up only when the changes are aligned with your highest purpose, and it forces you to let go of the past in order to bring in new and higher vibrational energies. There is no way for you to change these circumstances, so it is wise to accept them and focus on moving forwards.
14 - Temperance
Temperance indicates that slowing down is called for, and that balance is more important now than ever. It is an optimistic presence in your spread, but challenges you not to rush or make haste. The best thing you can do now is stay grounded and purposeful in your interactions.
15 - The Devil
The Devil appears to teach you a lesson. It often means that you are "chaining" yourself and looking for an easy solution to something, instead of pursuing the harder and more fulfilling path. This can create jealousy, hatred and negativity, so it's important to be aware of this influence and stay as far away as you can. Take a careful look at your actions now and ask yourself how you can pursue the highest good. Ask for guidance from your spirit guides and angels, who will lead you on a path of purity, away from the low-vibrating energies of the Devil.
16 - The Tower
The Tower represents a startling event. It is shocking and nearly always unexpected. Even though it foretells a level of pain and disruption, the change it brings steers you on a more enlightened path. You will make realizations that are integral to your growth at this time. There is no use in avoiding this situation, so be prepared to face it head-on and be open to the lessons it will teach you.
17 - The Star
The Star is one of the most positive cards in the tarot deck, representing hope, light, and wishes fulfilled. Whatever you are working towards will manifest for you, and your angels and guides are watching over you. Enjoy this protective and calming energy.
18 - The Moon
The Moon indicates anxiety and worry, but it also foretells that you can relieve yourself of pain through relying on your intuition. There may be forces at play that you're unable to control in the current moment, and some things may not be exactly as they seem - however, if you rely on your own inner wisdom, you can make it through unscathed.
19 - The Sun
The Sun is an overwhelmingly positive sign that good things are coming to you now. The influences towards you will all be positive and full of light. The Sun indicates happiness and contentment in all endeavors, whether they be related to career, love, family, or otherwise. Your destiny looks bright!
20 - Judgement
Judgement represents that a transition is taking place. Unlike the other cards, this transition stems from logic instead of intuition. It's important to rely on facts and figures now, and use your head more than your heart. Judgement is also a strong indicator of destiny - you will be guided to follow the best path for you, even if it's not the easiest one.
21 - The World
The World represents deep wisdom and success. It is a very positive influence, indicating that a wonderful change or wish is on the way. This card brings in new and healing energies, which will serve you well in the future. Wisdom is of the utmost importance now, so make your decisions using all of the information available.
